Hello, fellow soul friends! Thank you for checking out my website.

My name is Misty Anderson, and I will be your tour guide for as long as you are gliding through these pages. Just kidding! To be honest, I am just an average woman. I live in the same town I grew up in, although there were some other stops along the way before I settled here again. Here is some of my summed-up history.

I attended Howard Payne University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in music, and then I continued the adventure at Tarleton State University where I studied Composition and Rhetoric in the master’s degree program. After the first year, I knew I wasn’t supposed to be a professor and no longer found joy in analyzing literature, so I pursued a 25+ year career in technical writing and editing for NASA and the Oil and Gas and Pipeline industry. During that time, I got married, divorced, married again, and gave birth to five children. After the last baby was born, I knew I didn’t want to go back to technical writing. It had become unfulfilling, and it caused me to be anxious.

Sometimes there are a lot of stops on the way to what you are supposed to be doing.

For six years, I soul searched, and alternative healing kept coming to the surface. I finally decided to embark on a new adventure – Reiki.

Note: I did not grow up around Reiki. I didn’t even really know what it was when it came bubbling up in my mind. I had no idea what a chakra energy center was, and I had never had a Reiki healing session.

Once I attended Reiki Level 1, my life changed forever. Reiki has replaced my anxiety with peace and my insomnia vanished. I have to be honest; it feels so wonderful to be able to sleep again. I started facing my traumas instead of repressing them. Reiki transformed my relationships, and it taught me how to extend love to myself, who I had ignored for years. Because of this, I decided to continue and take Reiki 2. Shortly after the second attunement, I finally had my first Reiki experience with a practitioner – my friend who needed a guinea pig. I have to say that “practice” session was intense. I could feel the energy whirring within my chakras. I knew I had to continue and become a Reiki Master (Reiki 3). My life has taken a completely different trajectory, and I’ll never look back. I was cognizant that I couldn’t keep this gift to myself, I had to share with others. Since then, I have studied Atlantean Reiki, Crystal Reiki, and Sekhmet Reiki.

During 2023-2024, I have become a Certified Raindrop Technique Specialist qualified to apply Young Living’s proprietary Raindrop Technique that combines unique, targeted massage and energy approaches with high-quality essential oils for a harmonizing, rejuvenating, and relaxing experience. Through the Center for Aromatherapy and Research, I completed training in emotional release with essential oils, history of anointing with oils and laying on of hands, essential oils chemistry, and applied Vitaflex. During the certification process, I became a licensed minister via the Universal Life Church Ministries.

In addition, in 2024 I made the decision to develop my intuitive abilities that had sharpened by all of the above. In May, I completed a year-one mentorship in psychic and mediumship development through the Intuitive Insights School of Metaphysics, and I definitely going to continue moving forward in this direction. There is nothing more rewarding that bringing through a loved one and sharing their message with their friends and relatives. Knowing life continues after we pass and that our loved ones live on heals us on a deep level.

I feel like my adventure is only just beginning. It’s empowering to know that you can heal yourself and others, and nothing brings me greater joy than teaching others how to heal.

So fellow soul friends, my mission has become to give energy healing to everyone I encounter who wants it — whether that be through the various forms of Reiki, essential oil techniques, psychic mediumship, or through future endeavors that will be a part of this website. In starting my own energy-healing business, I intend to take these gifts and share them with as many as I can. I feel incredibly blessed to be able to share this with you and help transform your life through energy healing.
